Our Repair Tech was awesome and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it as fast as he could get the parts. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and very nice! Hard to find all 3 these days!
Justin is great, arrived on time, as scheduled. Mini split install was perfect ! You won't find a better contractor to deal with !
He returned my call within the hour and showed up the next day right on time. It took him less than an hour to figure out and fix the problem. He showed me everything he did and even took pictures! I don't normally give five stars (for anything) because there's always room for improvement, but this gentleman was absolutely on point. Five stars, without a doubt! Recommend !!!
5 stars isn't enough. Justin was professional, found our problem and had us up and running in no time. He explained everything to me, answered all my questions and was even able to come out sooner then scheduled. Will definitely continue to use this company and will recommend them to all my family and friends.
Very impressed with the service, honesty, and customer relatability. Justin took his time and did a thorough job with cleaning and maintenance of my heating and air units. Highly recommend!
Great job!!
Our AC units went out and Carolina Temp Techs got both our units up and running fast. Our tech Justin was very informative and a great communicator. He let us know what was wrong, the options for moving forward and worked very quickly with our property managers. I would definitely recommend!
Great service explained everything for me to understand
Had an issue with our ac not cooling, they came out first thing the next morning and did a thorough inspection of my unit. Was honest about what he found and informed me about everything, very fair pricing as well!
Justin was very professional and within our budget and the work was done as quickly as possible
Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and shared information on preventative. I found a company locally that cares about doing the job right the first time.
Man, I can’t speak highly enough about Justin and his team at Carolina Temp Techs! When I first met Justin for a quote, he was friendly, knowledgeable about his craft, and completely honest with me about everything; straight to the point of what needed to be done! I appreciated his attention to understanding our goals and needs, and more importantly, his patience to work with us while we got our finances in order. Justin is truly here to help you however he can and will do an outstanding job…he’s for the people! He and his colleague Zeke did an upstanding job in a timely manner installing a brand new system and thermostat for our home…you can’t go wrong! My wife and I will now enjoy being comfortable during the day and we’ll sleep well at night knowing we went with the right HVAC company, Carolina Temp Techs. Don’t hesitate to call. God bless!!
I absolutely could not recommend anyone more to trust your HVAC work to. They are professional, on time, do immaculate work and treat your home with the upmost respect. I will be calling them for everything we need in the future.
Excellent service and quick response time from a very professional technician. I would highly recommend!
Justin kept updating me for my service appointment. Honestly he was reliable, professional and so helpful in getting us all fixed up! Very knowledgeable. I have a home warranty, unsure of the pricing.
We had a great experience. The tech showed up at 10:30 and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. He listened to our AC unit and immediately knew the problem. They clearly know what they are doing and repair the issue very quickly.
Justin was awesome! Had an issue with our down stairs system, and he was able to come out within an hour of calling. Had the parts necessary to fix it on the spot and charged me a very fair price. Will definitely be using in the future.
Awesome service and fair price. Would recommend and use again!
Justin did great installing an addition gas line to supply my grill on my deck. He was wonderful and respectful through out the process.
Carolina Temp Techs is a great local business and has been amazing to work with. They do an honest job and give their 100%. From the first visit to provide a quote, we were impressed by how thorough Justin was with everything. Once we decided to move forward everything moved quickly. Any and all changes were informed promptly. Justin informed my husband every step of the process and even kept in touch to make sure the unit worked properly after they left. I would recommend them to anyone!!
When you need HVAC work done, this is the only call you need to make. You get an owner/operator who is technically proficient; does great, clean work and shows up exactly when he says he will. We have had Carolina Temp Techs install a complete new system for an addition, as well as servicing and repairing our old equipment. Prices are excellent, all of the work is top notch, the work site was left clean and they were very professional and polite. I will be a customer for life.
